1968 Mustang Fastback Folding Rear Seat Upper Cushion with Hinged Back Panel OE Black. Cushion cover is very nice. Bottom material has a small tear on right side (last photo). Back panel frame has a dent on top section and a dent in the panel just below that.

Left side of frame has a smaller dent. Left hinge is slightly bent but repairable.
