This is a 2008 model and equipped with the highest level of trim for that model year which was the 2LT Package. We acquired this HHR back in June of 2015 when it just had 6,900 miles from the original owner whom ordered it out with most everything. We have driven this vehicle to the current mileage of 120,482 but you would never know it by the condition that it is in.

This vehicle could easily pass for a 20,000 mile on and we have kept all the service up to date and it does not need anything. I have a portfolio that goes with the sale of this HHR that has every receipt ever spent on this vehicle including tires, battery, brake rotors, four wheel alignment, etc. We recently installed all four new Pirelli four season tires and have less than 10,000 miles on them. We also had a complete four wheel alignment done, serviced the transmission fluids, anti-freeze coolant flushed, new air and cabin filters, and an oil and filter change.

We also have recently replaced the front brake rotors and had new front lower control arms replaced, all GM parts and done by our local Chevrolet Dealership in Springfield, Missouri. Nothing has been overlooked and we have kept this vehicle up better than most folks do on their Cadillacs or Corvettes! We always hand wash the vehicle and never go through an automatic car wash and park on the end spots where we would not get any door dings or nicks.

We also have installed Paint Protection Film on the hood and edges of the doors and rear quarters to prevent rock chips as well. The factory 17 chrome wheels are excellent and have no curb rash marks or chrome peeling.

The underneath and engine compartment is just as clean as the top side as we do not drive the vehicle in the harsh winter elements and if caught out in the rain it was brought back and given a nice detail. The engine does not use any oil nor is there any leaks on the vehicle. I cannot stress enough just how clean this vehicle is and could easily be put right back into a new car dealership showroom. The car drives out smoothly, tires are balanced excellent, no pulling to left or right, no rattles or noises, air conditioning works cold and the heater is hot. Everything works down to the original CD player and factory remote start system.

The exterior paint is excellent as we have kept it waxed and washed with Chemical Guys products. There are a few minor paint nicks as expected from highway miles but you have to really get down and look as they have been touched up nicely. The windshield is also clean and nice with no cracks. The lower rocker panels have always been waxed and cleaned and are in very nice shape.

The exterior chrome trim is also nice and clean and does not need any attention or replacing. We did replace the front chrome grill with a new GM one as the cost was not all that much and looks crisp and nice. Again this vehicle was not left outside and always garaged kept and all of the components are not faded or showing age.

It has been driven by a 70 year old man for the past 5 years and before that it was a garage queen and just driven to the grocery store once in a wile. We own and operate a Business called Corvettes Unlimited Of Nixa Missouri and since we are car people we tend to take care of our vehicles sometimes over the top and to the extreme. This HHR turns heads wherever you go and nothing but compliments and many cannot believe this was a factory color. From what little research I have done this color was only offered from 2006 through 2008 and the Panel option was not available the first year.

The color is called Sunburst Orange Metallic and absolutely stunning in person and in the sunlight. One of the best looking colors on a vehicle like this in my opinion. The interior is "like new" in everyway possible. No wear actually showing on the carpet, trim and cloth seats.

We have had Weathetech floor mats in the front at all times to keep the carpeting looking like new. The dash assembly, door panels, and all plastic trim parts are not cracked nor weathered in anyway. We did add a white-faced gauge overlay on the instruments which can be removed if desired.

The cloth seats are very comfortable and you would be impressed at the leg room these vehicles have. Traveling on the highway we averaged close to 30 mpg driving 70 to 75 mph and in town easily 22 to 25 mpg. Performance is very good and gets right up with traffic at most any speed under 100 mph. Being front wheel drive also allows you to drive it year round and actually gets around in bad weather if you did have to get out and about.

From the factory the HHR Panels did not come with a rear seat. They had a storage system that was in hard composite material and can be removed. We studied this and did some research before we made this move. We carefully removed the inside panels to avoid any scratches and once you see it in person it looks as if the factory did do it. So know you can ride 5 adults instead of just the two from the factory.

There are rear inside door handles to get out as well as the keyless fob that allows the doors to pop open by remote. There are also two buttons on the driver's side dash to pop open both doors and one on the passenger side to open that door. All buttons are easily located on the lower portion of the dash. All power equipment works including the factory in-dash single disc cd player. About the only option this Panel did not have was leather seats and a sunroof.

Also most all of these Panels on the market are white and if you look at the interior photos they are all banged up from hauling items in it. We have not hauled much of anything in the Panel and we also have the nice factory HHR accessory carpeted cargo mat as well as a Weathertech one. 172-hp ECOTEC 2.4L DOHC four-cylinder engine High-Output engine with Variable Valve Timing.
